TiM LANDER PHOTOGRAPHY

Introduction

Once you’ve contacted me via the website enquiry form, usually no more than 48 hours later I’ll be in touch. I’ll confirm availability, and if our dates match, I’ll suggest a chat over the

phone. You get to put a voice to a name and ask any questions you may have, plus I get to ask a few simple ones about your day too. If all is good, I’ll then suggest the next step…

Consultation

There’s no sales pitch; It’s just a chance for us to meet. You get to see how I am ― I’m the same on your day ― Relaxed, friendly, and completely approachable. I’ll ask about your plans

and find out a little about the two of you. We can meet wherever you’re most comfortable. I often come to a couple’s home; but if you know a great cafe or bar somewhere, that works

equally as well, as long as we can hear one another. Should you be out of County, or there be logistical or time constraints upon you, setting up a Facetime call would work perfectly.

Reservation

Following the Consultation, I’ll post out a Wedding Photography Agreement that covers what we discussed. This gives you an opportunity to chat with each other before deciding

if you wish to book me. Your wedding will be one of the most special and emotional days of your lives, so it’s vital you choose the right photographer to capture your big day.

Booking is a two stage process ― Don’t worry, it’s really simple!

To secure the day: There is a £300 deposit. Once you have confirmed you wish to book me, I shall walk you through the payment process.

To book the photography: You then need to sign the Wedding Photography Agreement and post it back to me. I’ll then sign it also and return a copy to you, usually via email.

Conversation

Usually, in the final couple of months, we’ll meet up or Facetime and run through the timeline for your day and check if anything has changed. It’s also a great chance for us to meet

again and get you comfortable with, well… me!, so come the day you’ll be much more relaxed with me and my cameras, and you’ll see me as “Tim”, rather than just the photographer.

The Wedding

I arrive when and where agreed, and after some initial introductions to those around you, I start shooting the moments of your incredible day. This leaves

you… to just be you and enjoy the day that you’ve been planning for ― so relax and enjoy every minute knowing I’m there to capture the memories.

Reliving your day

Your images will usually be ready within 8 weeks of your wedding ― I’ll be in touch to let you know when. I know the wait will be hard. I spend time and care selecting the right

images from the day to tell your story. Once you have your images, it’s a great opportunity to relive the day and is another fantastic part of your wedding experience.

Your wedding will be one of the most important days of your lives together

So when it comes to the details and making vendor selections, my desire for you is this:

When you contact a wedding supplier, there’s a “leap into the unknown”. You’ll probably know what you want; You’ll know what your budget is; and you’ll know what you don’t want.

As for the process however, that’s where the leap comes in. So what I’ve done to help, is break down my process for you, so that you’ll know a little more about what to expect.
